Welcome to ORO & TopTown Members List! Operated by Waves F&B Limited, the “ORO-TT” list a fantastic way to enjoy exclusive benefits for our valued members. By participating in the program, Members agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated periodically.
Benefits
1.1. Welcome Offers: Welcome offers can be redeemed once per registered
email/mobile number.

1.3. Birthday Offer: Birthday offers vary by membership tiers and may require valid identification for verification.
Earning ORO-TT Points
2.1. Members are required to present your QR ID before settling the bills.
Members can earn 1 point for every eligible HK$100 spent consumed at ORO
Manhattan Italian Restaurant & TopTown Bar.
2.2. Eligible Spending: Points are earned based on settlement amounts after service charges, excluding promotional offers, discounts, tips, and purchase of cash coupons. Online food delivery are not eligible for earning points.
2.3. Points Crediting: Earned points are credited to the membership account the business day after the completed transaction.
2.4. Expiry: Tier points earned expire on a 12-month rolling basis on the date of issue.
2.5. Redemption: Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
2.6. Accelerated Points Earning: ie bonus tier points during birthday months are not applicable for function booking and events.
- Birthday month spend: $100 = 2 points
2.7. Points cannot be earned for more than 14 guests booking. Private events
Membership
3.1. Eligibility: Individuals aged 18 or above are eligible to apply for Membership.
Applicants under 18 years must obtain parental or legal guardian consent. Proof of age may be requested at any time by WAVES F&B Group.
3.2. Registration: Applicants must provide authentic, accurate, and complete personal information when registering on the web app. Each individual may hold one members list at a time.
3.3. Application Review: WAVES F&B Group reserves the right to decline, re-issue, or terminate applications that are incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.
3.4. Non-Transferable: Membership is non-transferable and for personal use only. Member identity verification may be required.
3.5. Usage Restrictions: Member offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.
3.6. Membership Validity: All Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of joining, renewing, upgrading, or downgrading.
3.7. Corporate Membership: Corporate Membership is by invitation only. Organizations interested in becoming Corporate Members may email our general email: [email protected] for enquiries.
Membership Upgrade and Downgrade
4.1. Membership Tier Review: Member tiers are reviewed annually upon the
membership anniversary date.
- Tier 1: GOLD
- Tier 2: PLATINUM
- Tier 3: DIAMOND BLACK
4.2. Tier Progression: Tier status for the following membership year is determined by the total eligible spending (converted to points) in the previous membership year.
4.3. Spend $100 = 1 point
ORO-TT: GOLD to PLATINUM: GOLD tier members need to earn 100 points per membership year to be upgraded to PLATINUM.
PLATINUM Retention & Upgrade: PLATINUM tier members need to earn 100 points per membership year to retain PLATINUM status. To upgrade to the DIAMOND BLACK tier, PLATINUM members need to earn 500 points per membership year.
DIAMOND BLACK Retention: To remain on the DIAMOND BLACK status, 100 points must be sustained within a year
4.4. Tier Downgrade: If a Member does not meet the spending requirement to retain their current tier, their membership will be downgraded to the appropriate tier (e.g., a PLATINUM member who earn less than 100 points will be downgraded to GOLD. GOLD member who has not earn any points / dined within 1 year, the membership will be forfeited)
Top Up & Credit
5.1. Top up only to be made at ORO Manhattan Italian Restaurant and after dining.
5.2. Amount can be made via credit card & cash only
5.3. Top up amount can be redeemed at ORO Manhattan Italian Restaurant & TopTown.
General Conditions
5.1. Regular Updates: Members are responsible for regularly checking the website or web app for updates, new promotions, and redemption offers
5.2. Account Termination: Accounts with no recorded Member List spending for 12 months or more may be terminated without prior notice.
5.3. Membership Termination: WAVES F&B Group reserves the right to terminate membership and cancel all points earned if fraudulent activity or a violation of the Terms and Conditions is found.
5.4. Program Changes: WAVES F&B Group reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions or terminate the members list at any time without prior notice.
5.5. Final Decision: WAVES F&B Group has the final decision on the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions and any disputes regarding the Members List.
